Halo Studios (formerly 343 Industries) is an American video game development studio founded in 2007 by Microsoft to oversee the Halo franchise after Bungie's departure. Based in the United States, it belongs to Xbox Game Studios.

The studio began in 2011 with Halo Waypoint, followed by remasters such as Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, and major titles such as Halo 4, Halo 5: Guardians and Halo Infinite. On October 7, 2024, 343 Industries became Halo Studios as part of a reorganization, dropping the Slipspace engine in favor of Unreal Engine 5. In 2025, it announced Halo: Campaign Evolved, a remake of the first installment planned for 2026 on PC (Steam), Xbox Series and PS5, and ends support for Infinite.
