About

BioWare is a Canadian video game development studio, founded in 1995 in Edmonton, Alberta. It stands out notably for its narrative RPGs, characterized by rich universes, dramatic plots, memorable characters and moral choices that impact the main character's fate. Its flagship trilogy is undoubtedly "Mass Effect", born in 2007, which renewed the genre of interactive science fiction with a subtle blend of action, space exploration and relationships between characters. Another remarkable work: "Dragon Age: Origins" (2009), the inaugurator of a new regime of heroic fantasy, with a complex choice system, and companions that are still remembered today. We can also mention the exceptional "Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic" (2003), considered by many to be the best Star Wars game of all time.
