Founded in 1982, Electronic Arts (EA) is a video game company created in the United States, and belongs to the top 5 largest publishers in the world. The publisher designs and publishes sports, action franchises and simulations played by millions of users.

Among them is the famous "FIFA" (EA Sports FC since 2024), the flagship football simulation, "The Sims", a historic life simulation, or "Battlefield", the large-scale multiplayer FPS series.

The publisher is also behind the successful franchises "Apex Legends", "Mass Effect", and "Need for Speed". Despite the controversy that has surrounded its microtransactions, EA remains one of the emblematic figures of the video game industry worldwide.
