In the city of Kusan, a place of corruption, neon, and violence, an old soldier turned "fixer" finds himself, despite himself, caught up in a sordid web of lies, trafficking, betrayals, plots, and power struggles between drugged-up gangs, corrupt military forces, and individuals with formidable psychic abilities. Kusan: City of Wolves is a top-down shooter that favors nervous, punishing action, based on auto-locking shots, brutal melee combat, destructible cover, and pinpoint positioning to survive. Every alley becomes a tactical exercise in choosing lines of fire, available weapons, and scenery to protect a young girl with singular abilities, the neo-noir heart of the narrative.
