About

Weird Beluga is an independent development studio founded in Spain. A small team with clear ambition, the studio made its debut with Clid the Snail, a twin-stick shooter with polished aesthetics released on PC and PlayStation in 2021, developed in partnership with Koch Media. The game won the Best Game of the Year and Best Art awards at PlayStation Talents as early as 2019 - early recognition that confirmed the studio's artistic signature.

Weird Beluga stands out for the particular care given to art direction and emotional storytelling, two areas the studio is pushing even further on its second project. Duskfade, their new production, is a 3D action-platformer set in a clockpunk universe, this time published by Fireshine Games (Core Keeper, Shadows of Doubt).
