Sandfall Interactive is a French video game development studio, founded in 2020 in Montpellier by three former Ubisoft collaborators: Guillaume Broche, Tom Guillermin and François Meurisse. It specializes in developing narrative 3D RPGs for PC and next-generation consoles, with a visual style inspired by the European Belle Époque. Their first title, "Clair Obscur: Expedition 33", released in April 2025, was a worldwide hit and won 9 awards at the December 2025 Game Awards, including the most prestigious title of GOTY (Game of the Year). This turn-based RPG built with Unreal Engine 5 synthesizes the legacy of JRPGs with a modernity inspired by productions such as Sekiro. The studio is currently working on a second project, known under the code name "Project W".
