Cyberwave, an independent German studio, made a name for itself during the development of Solarpunk, a city‑builder as luminous as it is ecological, advocating for renewable energy against an eco‑futuristic aesthetic. Founded by a few developers passionate about positive science fiction, the studio sets out to conquer a sustainable future, far removed from the cynicism of cyberpunk tradition. The creators come from the local indie scene or small mobile projects, which they left to tackle more ambitious PC games.
