About

Created in 1996 in Fukuoka, CyberConnect2 is a Japanese video game studio focused on narrative action games, and a subsidiary of parent company Bandai Namco Entertainment. Indeed, CyberConnect, changing its name to CyberConnect2, found some notoriety in 2001 first with .hack, an RPG on PlayStation 2, before establishing itself with cinematic fighting games such as those based on the Naruto license, or even the hit Ultimate Ninja Storm. The studio also created the animal-themed world of the Little Tail Bronx series (Tail Concerto, Solatorobo, Fuga: Melodies of Steel). CC2 has opened branches in Tokyo, Osaka, and for a time in Montreal, and even contributed to Final Fantasy VII Remake, which proves its ability to create big-budget productions.
