Team17

Team17 is a British video game publisher and developer that emerged in 1990 in Wakefield, initially known for its Amiga games, and which has become a key player in independent games. We owe them, among others, the iconic "Worms" series, a turn-based strategy game with armed earthworms, a genre staple. Other games are to its credit, such as "The Escapists", a pixel-art prison escape simulation, and "Overcooked", a frantic cooperative cooking game. Currently, the studio is mainly dedicated to publishing independent games while continuing to build loyalty around its catalogue of franchises.
