The publishing house Nine Dots Publishing was launched by Nine Dots Studio, a Canadian studio based in Quebec, originally a developer that expanded its activity in 2024 to help other independent teams with a positioning meant to be more human, more transparent, and more sustainable. Nine Dots is associated with Outward, a survival action-RPG praised for its difficulty and sense of adventure, and soon Outward 2, whose early access on PC (Steam) is expected on July 7, 2026. The publisher's lineup also includes Lost in Prayer and Witherbloom, two projects that confirm its focus on niche, demanding games with real personality.
