Don't Nod Entertainment is a French video game development and publishing studio, founded in 2008 in Paris by former Ubisoft and Quantic Dream staff, and specialized in narrative games with a strong emotional and cultural dimension. In late 2023, Tencent became its majority shareholder by acquiring no less than 40% of its capital, allowing the studio to accelerate its self-publishing strategy.
We owe it notably the "Life Is Strange" series (successful episodic narrative adventures), "Vampyr" (action-RPG set in a Victorian London) and "Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden" (action-RPG blending ghost hunting with a poignant story).
