About Tears of Metal
Tears of Metal is a cooperative roguelike with a medieval tone that emphasizes fast-paced melee combat and a looping progression. The player takes on a Scottish troop preparing to reclaim an island ravaged by enemy hordes, set against a backdrop of brutal warfare and historical fantasy. Developed by Paper Cult, the game is designed for long-term cooperation, thanks to a sustained pace and replayable sessions, unlockable upgrades, and increasingly violent enemies. According to recent information, it should also be available on Xbox Series and Game Pass, in addition to PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), arriving in early access on July 22, 2026.
