K-POP Rising: Dream to Shine

K-POP Rising: Dream to Shine puts the player in the shoes of a trainee starting from scratch - an anonymous room, no followers - aiming for international stadium stages. All of this alongside Nova, a virtual best friend whose real narrative role already raises questions.

The core gameplay blends rhythm phases (singing, synchronized choreography) with group management: recruiting members, growing a fanbase on social media, or fully customizing the avatar. It's a life sim that clearly embraces its target audience - fans of K-pop and games like the old Love Live or Idol Manager, with an added layer of cooperation for up to 3 players.

Developed by Old Skull Games (the French studio behind several Microids licenses) and published by Microids, the title will release on November 5, 2026 on PS5, Switch and PC via Steam.
