Unrailed!

The Unrailed! franchise is a series of cooperative railway games about trains that have had the good taste to transform a simple idea - preventing a train from derailing - into a formidably intense multiplayer experience.

It came to life with the success in 2020 of the first Unrailed!, whose principle relies on procedural maps in which players must mine, chop wood and lay rails in real time, the goal being to prevent the locomotive from plunging into the void - with the added subtlety of managing resources and every unforeseen event.

With Unrailed! 2: Back on Track, the series takes it up a notch by incorporating new biomes, new bosses, going even further than a simple upgrade of the wagons, while retaining the tension and accessibility that earned it such a fine reputation. The game is designed as much for local co-op as for online multiplayer, and its identity of organized chaos, where priority is given to communication rather than the precise execution of each player's move, is fully embraced.
