A Plague Tale is an action-adventure and stealth saga developed by Asobo Studio, a studio based in Bordeaux, and published by Focus Entertainment. Born in 2019 with A Plague Tale: Innocence, the series takes the player into a 14th century France devastated by the Black Death and the Hundred Years' War, where they follow the fate of Amicia de Rune and her young brother Hugo, hunted by the Inquisition and threatened by countless hordes of carnivorous rats.

Carried by the critical success of a bold art direction, sensitive storytelling and the beautiful relationship between brother and sister, the title gave birth in 2022 to a sequel, A Plague Tale: Requiem. This second installment goes further in the dramatic register, expands the play spaces, and deepens the themes of guilt, sacrifice and resilience.
