<video:title>Boosted Charge Blade: MHW Ascendance continues to unveil its new attacks</video:title>
<video:description>Capcom continues its weapon tour for Ascendance, the major expansion for Monster Hunter Wilds, with a new trailer focused on the Charge Blade. This time, it's all about Boosted Actions, the new offensive options that beef up the hybrid sword-and-shield weapon.

The video details three mechanics: an elemental discharge described as literally able to crack the ground, energy-charged sword strikes that visibly hit harder than the current version, and an instant Phial charge system that eliminates the usual downtime before being able to bring out Sword Mode or Axe Mode depending on the combat context. On paper, this fixes exactly what was holding back quite a few players with this weapon: the somewhat lengthy setup needed before being able to chain big damage.

This "Boosted Action Breakdown" format isn't a first: Capcom has been releasing these videos weapon by weapon since Ascendance was announced, each one isolating the new features specific to a particular playstyle rather than burying the info in a general trailer. This approach lets players who main a specific weapon zoom straight in on what concerns them, without waiting for some future catch-all showcase.

For the full schedule and details on the expansion's content, head over to our dedicated article on Ascendance. This boosted Charge Blade will arrive with the rest of the content in 2027, with no more precise window for now.</video:description>

<video:title>Civilization VII: the 35th anniversary trailer and the developer preview</video:title>
<video:description>2K and Firaxis didn't just unsheathe patch notes this week. The official channel uploaded two videos back to back: a developer preview focused on the next big update and the first expansion, and a 35th anniversary trailer for the Civilization franchise. Two formats, two very distinct purposes.

The developer preview acts as a technical showcase: we see Firaxis's teams commenting on screen about the upcoming new features, backed by gameplay footage rather than a simple marketing slideshow. This is the format the series has used since Civilization VI to defuse community concerns ahead of a major DLC - we remember similar previews before Gathering Storm or Rise and Fall.

The anniversary trailer, on the other hand, plays on a completely different register. A look back at 35 years of a franchise that defined the modern 4X, likely a nostalgic montage blending the iconic civs and leaders that have marked each installment. A format that adds nothing on the gameplay front but serves as a reminder: Civilization VII is part of a lineage, not a vacuum. You can watch it at the very bottom of the article.

For the concrete content of update 1.5.0 and the details of the announcements about Arc of Tomorrow and Earthrise, head over to our dedicated articles. As for the timing, keep in mind above all that these two videos arrive just before PAX West 2026, where Firaxis happened to be holding a panel dedicated to the game that same week.

<video:title>Monster Hunter Wilds Ascendance: boosted Dual Blades on the menu</video:title>
<video:description>Capcom is releasing a new Boosted Action Breakdown for Monster Hunter Wilds's Ascendance expansion, this time focused on the Dual Blades. Two minutes that make you want to dive back into Demon mode, with an arsenal that's clearly been reworked.
The trailer highlights three main points: an "unrelenting demonic barrage", in other words an even more punishing flurry of hits in demon mode, reworked combo control to chain strikes with greater precision, and increased melee range. In the footage, combos flow with a fluidity that stands in stark contrast to the current version of the Dual Blades, which is more limited in reach and combo options.

This video follows the same format as the previous Boosted Action Breakdowns already released for other Wilds weapons: a short, gameplay-focused format, with no cutscene or narrative context. It reflects the overall logic behind Ascendance, which aims to refresh each weapon rather than add new ones. For the full details on the mechanics introduced by the expansion, head over to our dedicated Ascendance article.

As for the schedule, nothing new compared to what we already knew: Ascendance is still slated for 2027, with no more precise window. For the release date and its context, see our dedicated article. In the meantime, Monster Hunter Wilds continues to run on PS5, Xbox Series and PC, with a Switch 2 version still in development.

<video:title>Crimson Desert: the Chartering the Unknown trailer had us salivating</video:title>
<video:description>September's State of Play delivered its share of surprises, and Pearl Abyss took the opportunity to lay out its first real expansion. The video for the Crimson Desert expansion, Chartering the Unknown, doesn't settle for vague teasing: it shows actual gameplay, and that's exactly what changes everything compared to the game's previous announcements.

We see a player-piloted ship cutting through the waves, underwater exploration sequences that radically contrast with the very land-based feel of the base game, and shots of a city under construction hinting at a brand-new management layer. For the full details on the announced mechanics, head over to our dedicated article on the DLC.

Compared to the announcement trailer for Crimson Desert Enhanced unveiled at gamescom, the tone has shifted. Where the Enhanced edition was selling visuals and optimization, this new trailer sells fresh content, a genuine gameplay expansion rather than a simple technical facelift. A sign that Pearl Abyss doesn't intend to let the game coast after its well-noted launch earlier this year.

As for the schedule, the release window was confirmed during the State of Play - for the exact date, see our dedicated article. What stands out most from the trailer is this determination to showcase coherent post-campaign content, designed for players who have already completed the main adventure.</video:description>

<video:title>Saros: breaking down the Zenith update trailer</video:title>
<video:description>Housemarque is back on the offensive for Saros with an announcement trailer that lays the groundwork for the Zenith update. Two minutes that bet everything on the arcade atmosphere that made the Finnish studio's reputation, rather than on detailed gameplay.

The video strings together quick shots of the Overlords, those massive bosses already encountered in the base game, here staged as opponents to be taken on boss-rush style. We also catch brief inserts hinting at the Eclipse Layers, with an art direction slightly darker and more distorted than the original title. For the full details on both modes (Overlord Rush and Eclipse Layers), head over to our dedicated article on the update announcement.

This trailer breaks with Saros's previous communications, which were centered on cinematic exploration and the title's story at its launch on PS5. Here, there's no narrative, no character put forward: Housemarque returns to its purest DNA, that of Resogun or Nex Machina, with leaderboards and online scoring firmly in its sights.

The question of timing remains. Zenith is expected to release sometime in 2026, with no precise date given at the time of the announcement. Housemarque has not communicated a narrower window nor announced a public beta. Players already on Saros will therefore have to wait for an exact timeframe, but the trailer's visual message is clear: it's time for pure, hardcore scoring.</video:description>

<video:title>Uncanyon: the announcement trailer highlights its concept of realities</video:title>
<video:description>Annapurna Interactive lifts the veil on Uncanyon with an announcement trailer that sets the mood without giving too much away. We discover Sonia, pulled into a world that isn't her own, and ruins frozen in a light that seems suspended between two dimensions.
The video mainly focuses on the aesthetics: temples overrun by vegetation, ancient traps, and those famous fragmentstones that let you switch from one reality to another in real time. We catch glimpses of shots where the scenery literally twists before our eyes, a wall becoming a passage, a collapsed ruin becoming whole again. It's this kind of visual shift that gives the concept its edge, directly inherited from Maquette, Graceful Decay's previous title where the nesting of scales served as the central mechanic.

Unlike a simple teaser made of still images, this trailer relies on movement to sell the idea: you can feel that the studio wants to prove, right from the announcement, that the morphing of realities will be at the heart of the gameplay and not just a narrative gimmick. No combat sequence or menu shown, the focus stays entirely on exploration and the feeling of mystery.

No precise date comes with this first video, only a 2027 window on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), Switch 2, PS5 and Xbox Series. For details on the game and the studio, head to our dedicated articles. In the meantime, the Steam wishlist is already open.</video:description>

<video:title>Stupid Never Dies: State of Play trailer unveils the KOM Generals</video:title>
<video:description>Third trailer, and this time GPTRACK50 stops beating around the bush. The State of Play served as a global showcase to present the villains who will give a hard time to Davy, our favorite pathetic lovestruck zombie from Stupid Never Dies.

The video introduces Everent, a sage tied to Gaia who refuses to join KOM out of ecological conviction - a choice that earns him a well-deserved curse. But the real highlight is the Four Generals of KOM: Surtr, a thick-headed brute who hates zombies and despises the weak; Dragul, the near-immortal Impaler desperately searching for someone capable of killing him; Takiyasha-Hime, possessed and pathologically loyal to KOM; and Wolfgang, a cunning pack leader who chose to submit rather than defy the final boss. Each one gets their own visual teaser, mixing combat poses with the small touches of dark humor typical of the franchise.

Compared to the first two trailers, which focused on the general pitch and action mechanics (Style Eat, Body Hack, Davy Burst), this new installment marks a clear narrative shift: the focus moves from gameplay systems to worldbuilding and antagonists. The question posed in the subtitle - Can Julia be brought back to life? - confirms that the story is finally taking precedence over the gameplay showcase.

Release confirmed for October 21 on PS5 and PC (Steam). For release details and the demo playable right now, head over to our dedicated articles.</video:description>

<video:title>REMATCH x Blue Lock: Isagi and Bachira Revealed in Trailer</video:title>
<video:description>Sloclap has finally dropped the news its community had been demanding since the launch of REMATCH: a teaser confirming the arrival of Blue Lock on the pitch (no, not the bread...). The video only lasts a few seconds, but it clearly gets the message across: the manga's egoists are coming to the game.

The trailer offers a fleeting glimpse of the silhouettes of Yoichi Isagi, Meguru Bachira, Seishiro Nagi and Rin Itoshi, animated with the franchise's signature visual style rather than REMATCH's usual realistic rendering. No detailed gameplay here, that will be for a future trailer dedicated to presenting the collab - this video clearly plays the pure teasing card, in the style of a cast announcement before the actual launch trailer.

A contrast with the game's DNA
Until now, REMATCH had built its identity on a street and physical approach to football, far removed from the shonen aesthetic. Seeing Isagi and company injected into this universe therefore marks a real visual shift, even if only a one-off, for Sloclap's game. The studio embraces the irony: in an anime centered on the individual selfishness of strikers, creative director Pierre Tarno's message reminds us that on the pitch of REMATCH, even the greatest egoists will have to rely on their teammates.

The collaboration is set to begin on September 24 - the precise details (content, skins, modes) will be covered in a future launch trailer. For now, this teaser mainly serves to build hype ahead of the full announcement.</video:description>

<video:title>Rev. NOiR: the Story Trailer unveils Asch and Finé's drama</video:title>
<video:description>Konami and ILCA have dropped two videos back to back for Rev. NOiR: a 2nd Trailer and a Story Trailer. The stated goal: to set the stage for this new RPG ahead of its release in 2027, which we cover in detail in our article dedicated to the launch window.
The Story Trailer focuses on the meeting between Asch, a young boy guided by an astral ordinance instructing him to "save many people", and Finé, a young clerk who bears the power of the Rainbow Astria. Their starting point: a village burned down by the Lightfall, that phenomenon which condemns everything it touches. We also catch glimpses of Diana, a guard of the Astrian Order, and Kross, the gunner who joins the group along the way. The tone remains dark, almost fatalistic, with this question running through the entire story: divine providence or free will?

In terms of format, this Story Trailer complements the 2nd Trailer released alongside it, which is more focused on the overall atmosphere and the visuals of the world. This is the first time the studio has detailed the game's mythology so precisely - the Determinant, the provitons, the Seasons of the Lightfall - after an initial announcement that remained fairly vague on the lore.

Rev. NOiR is expected in 2027 on PS5, Xbox Series and PC via Steam. No precise date or new communication window has yet been confirmed by Konami. To watch the 2nd Trailer, just scroll down below!</video:description>

<video:title>Castlevania: Belmont's Curse unveils its 'Bloody Tears' trailer</video:title>
<video:description>Konami has dropped a new trailer for Castlevania: Belmont's Curse, dubbed "Bloody Tears" after the series' iconic track. Paris is burning, creatures swarm through the alleyways, and the franchise's signature gothic atmosphere is back in full force.

The video features Trevor Belmont, already a victor over Dracula, who takes up the sacred Vampire Killer whip once again alongside his daughter Rose Belmont. We see the two characters hunting down monsters that seem to literally bleed from the castle looming over the capital, a striking visual that justifies the trailer's title. The father-daughter duo suggests a two-character combat system, or at least a narrative that alternates perspectives between the two Belmonts. Rose appears to be caught up in a wider conspiracy beyond simple monster hunting, hinting at a denser plot than the classic entries.

Developed by Evil Empire and Motion Twin, the game is expected on October 15th on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), PS5, Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series X/S - the full details on the release date can be found in our dedicated article.</video:description>

<video:title>Stranded Deep 2: reveal trailer trades the island for the desert</video:title>
<video:description>After the deserted island of the first game, North Beach Games is completely changing the setting. The reveal trailer for Stranded Deep 2 this time plunges into a vast desert expanse crossed by an endless river, a radical gamble for a sequel meant to carry on the survival formula that made the first installment a success.
The footage shows a kayak and a raft navigating waters that are sometimes calm, sometimes downright dangerous, between canyons and dunes. Wildlife seems to play a more organic role than before, with a real food chain in which the player is clearly not at the top.

It's hard to make a direct comparison with the trailers for the first Stranded Deep, released over a decade ago on the classic tropical island. The change of setting is the real visual shock here: we go from a beach shipwreck to river survivalism in the middle of the desert, a shift embraced by Sam Edwards, co-creator of the franchise, who remains at the helm as creative director.

For details on the full content, the publisher, and the studio behind the project, head over to our dedicated articles. As for the schedule, North Beach Games is aiming for an Early Access release on Steam, with no specific date announced for now.</video:description>

<video:title>Fight School Simulator: PS5 trailer unveils the dojo in action</video:title>
<video:description>Ultimate Games pulls out all the stops with a new PS5 trailer (and another for Xbox Series X|S) for Fight School Simulator. The video confirms what we've been expecting since the PC port: a dojo simulator built for controller play, with no visible compromise on content.
The trailer runs through the key gameplay phases: building and decorating the dojo, selecting and training students, then first-person combat against opponents who level up as progress continues. It also shows the dojo's administrative management, a side often underestimated in this kind of sim but which appears to be well represented here, between budget, reputation and recruitment.

Compared to the sequences already seen on the PC version, this PS5 trailer mainly focuses on interface readability and the smoothness of transitions between menus and combat - a sensitive point for this type of simulator when moving from keyboard-and-mouse to a pad. This isn't a visual reboot: it's the same formula that won over PC players, adapted to console constraints.

For the full context on this arrival on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, head over to our dedicated announcement article.</video:description>

<video:title>Monster Hunter Wilds: the Ascendance trailer showcases the boosted Bow</video:title>
<video:description>Capcom continues its tour of weapons for Ascendance, the major expansion for Monster Hunter Wilds. After the Great Sword, it's the Bow's turn in a new trailer titled "Boosted Action Breakdown: Bow".
The video focuses on three new additions for this weapon: a short-range explosive strike, a charged shot with boosted power, and a combat profile that makes the Bow relevant at all ranges. The idea behind these "Boosted Actions" is clear: give each weapon a more pronounced offensive identity, with spectacular animations that stand in contrast to the Bow's current kit, which is more geared toward kiting and dodging.

This trailer is part of a series that started with a more general "Boosted Action Overview", followed by weapon-by-weapon breakdowns. The Great Sword kicked things off a few days earlier, with an emphasis on the raw power of its charges. The Bow, meanwhile, leans more on versatility and rhythm, a choice consistent with its historical gameplay in the series.

For the full breakdown of the mechanics and their impact on the Bow's build, head over to our dedicated article on the Ascendance expansion. As for the release window, Capcom is still targeting 2027 for this expansion, with no specific date announced at this stage. The game remains available on PS5, Xbox Series and PC, with a Switch 2 version currently in development.</video:description>

<video:title>Lawn Mowing Simulator 2: launch trailer unveils grass 2.0</video:title>
<video:description>The new Lawn Mowing Simulator 2 trailer bets everything on a simple argument: your lawn has never looked so real. Skyhook Games finally shows off its grass technology rebuilt from scratch, with millions of blades simulated per terrain.
The video runs through shots of lawns with varying heights and textures. In practical terms, that means reading the terrain by eye to adjust cutting height and speed, a bit like reading the ground in a racing game. We also see the new leaf collection contracts arrive: literally thousands of leaves to blow and vacuum before leaving a spotless garden. A clever little detail: locations change between two visits - a new flower bed, a pool or a flagpole can appear, so the grind doesn't become too repetitive.

Compared to the first gameplay sequences shown in recent months, this trailer marks a real visual leap in the grass rendering, which was previously more generic. This is also the first time we get such a clear look at the fully explorable HQ, where you manage contracts, employees and a fleet of real-licensed equipment.

The game will be playable at the PAX West 2026 booth (September 4-7 in Seattle) ahead of its release on PS5, Xbox Series and PC (Steam and Microsoft Store) on September 23. For full details on the release date and platforms, see our dedicated article.</video:description>

<video:title>Fill the Void: the launch trailer devours everything in its path</video:title>
<video:description>The launch trailer for Fill the Void lives up to the concept's initial promise: you are a black hole, and nothing can resist you. The video chains together engulfment scenes at a pace that leaves little room to breathe.

We see the black hole grow progressively, first sucking in isolated objects before tackling entire structures. Buildings collapsing into the void, whole districts disappearing: the progression through mass mechanic so dear to the collectathon genre is clearly put front and center. The nod to Katamari Damacy is obvious, but the trailer also emphasizes the concept's more predatory side, in the style of Hole.io: here, no rolling ball, but a void that sucks in everything around it.

As for the release date, Fill the Void launches on September 8, and the game is fully translated into French. For details on the studio behind the project or the complete Steam page, head over to our dedicated articles.</video:description>

      <video:title>AION 2: the Gamescom 2026 announcement trailer reveals its gigantic open-sky world</video:title>
<video:description>The announcement trailer for AION 2 lays down the visual groundwork for what NCSoft detailed at length during its presentation at Gamescom 2026: an MMORPG built on verticality, with wings as the series' signature since the very beginning. Two minutes that set the scene before the studio dives into the details of its systems.

We find here the core of the series' visual identity: vast plains opening onto floating islands, air currents carrying the player from one platform to another, and that feeling of a layered world where exploration happens as much on the ground as up among the clouds. The trailer showcases fast-paced combat, fantastical mounts, and that fluid character movement that stands out from the usual stiffness of the MMO genre.

Compared to the very first images NCSoft dropped in recent months, this announcement teaser leans further into the ambition of a massive open world rather than a simple sequel in the spirit of the original AION released about twenty years ago. The franchise is changing scale without denying its DNA: wings remain central, but here they become a genuine level design tool rather than a mere cosmetic touch.

As for the schedule: AION 2 is aiming for a Western release in just over a month, as F2P on PC.</video:description>

<video:title>A2K: Jet Strikers - what the gameplay teaser reveals</video:title>
<video:description>The A2K: Jet Strikers teaser confirms one thing: this solo dev understood what made Soldat and Quake so satisfying, and seems to have translated it into third person without losing the speed.

We see wallrunning, chained bunnyhops, slides that break the trajectory of enemy shots, and jetpacks that let you stay airborne long enough to hose down a corridor with rockets. The sound design relies on crisp explosions and fairly aggressive propulsion sound effects, a sign that the focus is on impact rather than realism.

No full arena is shown in its entirety, just fragments of maps with a lot of verticality. This hints at level design built around momentum rather than classic cover shooting. The Rogue mode, mentioned in the announcement but absent from the teaser, will probably be the subject of an upcoming dedicated video.</video:description>

<video:title>Retro Arcade Shop Simulator: the early access launch trailer on Steam</video:title>
<video:description>Ultimate Games has released a new official trailer for Retro Arcade Shop Simulator, the final stretch before its early access launch on PC. The video plays the nostalgia card without any pretense: neon lights, arcade cabinet bleeps and rows of machines that immediately set the tone for the game.

We see the core concept unfold: laying out an arcade room, lining up the cabinets, managing customer flow and running the business through upgrades. The trailer puts a lot of emphasis on customizing the venue - decor, lighting, room themes - more than on a complex spreadsheet-style management system. It's clearly designed to sell the atmosphere before the numbers.

For the precise schedule and launch details, see our article dedicated to the release date. The game is set to arrive in early access on PC before PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions mentioned for later, with no window announced at this stage.</video:description>

<video:title>Monuments Renovator: PS5 trailer lays the foundations on console</video:title>
<video:description>Ultimate Games has released a new official trailer for the PlayStation 5 version of Monuments Renovator. This video serves above all as a calling card for the console: it revisits the concept already known on PC, but with an emphasis on the visual rendering adapted to PS5.
The footage moves through restoration sites: scaffolding set up in front of eroded facades, close-ups of conservator tools, before/after shots of sculptures and frescoes regaining their original colours. The editing alternates between pure gameplay sequences - sanding, cleaning, rebuilding missing pieces - and more contemplative shots of the monuments once restored, in order to sell the relaxing side of the formula.

On the substance, nothing new compared to what we already knew from the PC version: the game still relies on this educational and soothing approach to simulation, where you learn about the history and architecture of the sites while repairing their damage. The real change is the platform: this trailer mainly marks the title's arrival in the PlayStation ecosystem, without shaking up the recipe.

No new mechanic announced and no additional content mentioned in this video. For the exact PS5 release date and details of this arrival, head to our dedicated article on the launch news.</video:description>

<video:title>BOB LOGISTICS and its trailer: warehouse work, zen edition</video:title>
<video:description>First trailer, first observation: BOB LOGISTICS sells a fashionable promise in the simulation game genre, that of work without pressure. No blinking timer, no game over lurking, just boxes to prepare at your own pace.

The video runs through the typical sequences of warehouse work: checking order forms, hunting for items on the shelves, packing parcels. Nothing revolutionary on paper, but the trailer emphasizes the player's progression, climbing the ranks from Intern to Director. We see the tools that accompany this rise through the ranks go by: trolleys to carry heavier loads, a backpack vacuum meant to speed up collection, and drones that take over the heaviest tasks.

No precise release date has been announced for the moment. Stay tuned!</video:description>

      <video:title>Ananta gets a January 15, 2027 release date in its gamescom trailer</video:title>
<video:description>NetEase Games has put a date on Ananta: Friday, January 15, 2027, for its worldwide launch. The studio announced it on August 25 with a three-minute trailer published on the game's official channel during gamescom, already viewed more than eight million times. What the video highlightsThe breakdown of the world, first. Naked Rain Studio sets its story between Nova City and Lingyun, the city of the Chongxiao region: two distinct urban settings, not a single metropolis. Then the team: you don't follow a single protagonist but a group you assemble, switching between members. The rest comes down to atmosphere. The studio talks about "different social conditions" and the way of life specific to each city — an everyday angle, far removed from the fantastical elements expected from a free-to-play title of this scale. The paranormal component of the original pitch remains largely out of frame.Where things stood beforeThe game was called Project Mugen until last year, and its reputation rested on its acrobatic movement through the city. The studio is now emphasizing a point nobody expected from NetEase: characters are not obtained through random draws.Pre-registration is open on PlayStation Store, Steam, App Store, and Google Play. Text available in French, with voice acting limited to English, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese.</video:description>

<video:title>Stupid Never Dies: trailer for the boss fight against Wyvern</video:title>
<video:description>GPTRACK50 brings out the heavy artillery with three minutes of gameplay commented by director Eiichiro Sasaki. On the menu: the confrontation against Wyvern, the dragon that reigns over the skies of Stupid Never Dies. Not a simple marketing montage, but a real combat lesson, paw by paw.
The video breaks down the boss's attack patterns and, above all, how to exploit Davy's abilities, the protagonist, to survive. Sasaki takes the time to explain the timing choices, the dodges to prioritize and the openings to land big hits. This "director's commentary" format is more instructive than a classic trailer: you can clearly see the design logic behind this aerial boss, built to punish improvisation.

This is the first time the studio has detailed a boss fight with this level of technical precision. Previous communications around the game had mainly focused on the general presentation of the "blazing fast growth 3D action RPG" concept (an expression whose translation can vary quite a bit, so we'll leave it as is!) and on the game's overall atmosphere, without going into detail about the combat mechanics. This focus on Wyvern therefore marks a step up in communication, just a few weeks before release.

Stupid Never Dies is expected on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam on October 21. For full details on the studio and the release sheet, head to our dedicated articles.</video:description>

<video:title>Alien Deathstorm: Rebellion's gamescom trailer targets spring 2027</video:title>
<video:description>Rebellion released the gamescom trailer for Alien Deathstorm, its action-horror FPS, on August 26, 2026. One minute fourteen, and the first public look at the mission the Sniper Elite studio was letting people try in Cologne.
The setting comes down to one word: the storm. Rebellion's visuals bathe the off-world colony in saturated red, lightning on the horizon, debris cutting across the frame, ammo counter clinging to the side of the weapon. Indoors, everything shifts to cold blue and the creatures attack in packs.
The storm tears the colony apart as you push forward. Credit: Rebellion
The mission is called "Reactor." An isolated Engineer pushes deeper into a failing fission reactor to retrieve the Fission Initiator. The studio followed up with 10 min 58 s of gameplay narrated by Ben Fisher, Head of Design, then 24 silent minutes titled "Reactor Meltdown."
The creatures show up in packs, not one at a time. Credit: Rebellion
Rebellion lists "Coming 2027" on its website and is targeting spring 2027, day one on Xbox Game Pass, on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Xbox Cloud, PC via Steam, and PlayStation 5. Steam, however, still shows "To be announced," and the PlayStation Store has no release date listed. The Steam page declares twelve languages, with English the only one carrying full audio support.
One note to avoid confusion: this is neither Alien: Isolation 2 (Creative Assembly, SEGA) nor Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2. Alien Deathstorm isn't even a licensed game: Steam, the PlayStation Store, and the official website credit only Rebellion, the trademark holder. The studio's actual brush with the real license came in 2010, with Aliens vs. Predator.</video:description>

<video:title>Pokémon TCG Pocket: dual-type cards arrive in October with Mega Mewtwo X ex</video:title>
<video:description>The Pokémon TCG Pocket panel at PokémonXP revealed a brand-new mechanic: dual-type cards. That is The Pokémon Company's own wording, and Mega Mewtwo X ex leads the way as "a dual Psychic- and Fighting-type".
The card can be read in the trailer: Basic Pokémon, 180 HP, the "Dual Impact" attack for 100+ damage for two Psychic Energy and one Colorless, with 40 additional damage if a Stadium is in play, and a Retreat Cost of 2. So the dual type doesn't double the Energy cost.
The real trade-off lies elsewhere. The "Mega Evolution ex rule" grants the opponent 3 points when the card is Knocked Out, compared to 2 for a regular Pokémon ex like Piplup ex. A one-point gap that comes at a real cost.
Piplup ex, a first partner Pokémon turned into a Pokémon ex card. Credit: The Pokémon Company
The teaser also confirms first partner Pokémon as Pokémon ex cards: Piplup ex and Fuecoco ex. The additions "start rolling out in October 2026", kicking off a new series of expansions that is still unnamed. A month that coincides with the game's second anniversary, having launched on October 30, 2024. The Pokémon Company has not published the card text on pokemon.com: the trailer is still the only place to read it.</video:description>

<video:title>The Expanse: Osiris Reborn infiltrates Ganymede in new video</video:title>
<video:description>On Wednesday, August 26, Owlcat Games released a trailer for The Expanse: Osiris Reborn, "Undercover on Ganymede." One minute and twenty-eight seconds of raw gameplay, HUD included, showing a mid-game mission: alongside your twin J, you infiltrate the enemy base, and nothing goes as planned. From vegetable garden to infernoThe sequence opens on a transit station on Ganymede, with hydroponic greenhouses and trays of green sprouts. A few shots later, those same trays are burning. The quest log traces the descent: the mission is called "Beetle in the Anthill," and the objectives move from "Get to the surface" to "Destroy the monster," then "Escape from the 'Protogen' base" — the quotation marks are the game's own. The monster is a protomolecule hybrid with blue crystals, sitting in the flames unharmed. Territory of Caliban's War, then. Two teammates, one command wheelThe captain only brings two companions into the field, here J and Michael. The command wheel is used to switch between them to assign a gadget — Assault Drone, Guard Turret, Frag Grenade, Repair Foam, with no French label published by Owlcat. Throwing a grenade comes with a trajectory to confirm. No shot, however, identifies an Exploit, that piece of the environment a teammate can blow up, which was announced in March. The closing card simply reads "Coming Spring 2027," on Xbox, PC and PS5. Nothing new there: the window dates back to the Xbox Partner Preview on March 26, as does the closed beta on April 22.</video:description>

<video:title>Marvel's Wolverine: three-tier rage takes center stage in new video</video:title>
<video:description>Insomniac Games released on August 28 the features trailer for Marvel's Wolverine: four minutes narrated by Liam McIntyre, the voice of Logan. After the "Ain't No Hero" cinematic from July, which set the tone, this one lifts the hood.
Rage as the engine
Aaron Jason Espinoza's post describes rage as "a primal adrenaline reserve with three tiers" fueling, in this order, survival, tenacity, and fury. Two outcomes: the last stand, or the berserker madness that follows it.
Orbiting around it are dozens of upgrades — taking more bullets, lengthening parry windows, terrorizing the opponent — and four special techniques equippable at the same time, including Razor Whirl, Crusher, and Slicing Spin. The suits, from Weapon X to Ultimate Wolverine by way of Patch, unlock distinct claws: bone, jagged, curved, reflective, angular.
After the credits
Logan's Nightmare Cabin centralizes the New Game + mode, with exclusive techniques and a raised player level, the Replay Mission feature, and scoreable Nightmares. Nightmare Gates can be found along the way, between skirmishes against Omega Red or Deathstrike. The Photo Mode, for its part, arrives with the day-one update.
Insomniac claims over 100 accessibility features: high contrast, adjustable overall game speed, strong haptic cues. One nuance that matters: audio description only exists in English, as does the profanity filter.
Release on September 15, 2026, PS5 only. Less than three weeks away.</video:description>

<video:description>MAGES. announced on Thursday, August 27, 覗怪 (Seeker Eye), an occult adventure slated for this winter on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. The one-minute-five teaser opens on a red line: "what science cannot understand." Coming from the veterans of the Science Adventure series (Steins;Gate, Chaos;Child), the phrase amounts to a manifesto. What follows are kanji cards that almost all sound alike — 視界 (field of vision), 異界 (the other world), 遺骸 (the remains), 支配 (domination) —, overlaid on a pallid walkway, a house with a red roof, a close-up of an eye. The final card reads 視たい？, "do you want to see?" The title 覗怪 is read shikai, like 視界.The official logo explicitly ties the game to the kaidan "The Ghost Story of the Red Roof House." Credit: MAGES.The clues converge. The story stems from a homemade ghost tale, 「赤い屋根の家」, published in November 2024 and republished on Thursday as a seventeen-minute reading by Mariko Honda. MAGES. claims that the player who listens to it becomes contaminated in turn: the fourth wall isn't an effect, it's the subject.A winter release window and a mere teaser in late August: the full presentation shouldn't be long in coming. The game is rated CERO D, and MAGES. has announced neither a localization nor a release outside Japan.</video:description>

<video:title>Wolcen 2: the announcement trailer shows no interface</video:title>
<video:description>Wolcen Studio unveiled Wolcen 2 on Wednesday, August 26 during the Future Games Show at gamescom. The trailer runs 60 seconds and opens with an "ARACHNOPHOBIA" warning card before a single frame of gameplay.
What it shows fits within an isometric view: a ruined temple dominated by the seated statue of a crowned figure, a Gothic nave, a flow of lava, a gold-ringed throne bathed in red. On the combat side, blue lightning streaks across the ground, circular sigils signal an incoming strike, a swarm of giant spiders spits green venom. The final shot isolates the horned mask that serves as the game's main visual.
The spiders justify the warning card placed at the opening. Credit: WOLCEN Studio
What it doesn't show is the interface. Not a health globe, not a skill bar, not a single item on the ground in a full minute. For an action-RPG whose entire pitch rests on builds — weapons unlock skills, a passive tree rewrites them, the Shadow Form serves as a transformation — the omission stands out.
The studio corrected it the very next day: on Thursday, August 27, it released a 31-minute Alpha Gameplay Walkthrough narrated by technical director Adrian Dinu and lead narrative designer Mateja Vidakovic. The menus are there, just not in the trailer.
The closing card sticks to "Coming to Early Access in 2027": no month, no platforms, no price. The Steam page targets a complete act, 8 bosses, 5 weapon types and 10 biomes for early access. Immediate deadline: the first closed test phase ends Monday, August 31 at 21:59 UTC (11:59 p.m. CEST).</video:description>

      <video:title>GTA 6: what the 27-minute Extended Look shows</video:title>
<video:description>"Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look" has been online since 3:00 a.m. on Friday, following Thursday's Netflix broadcast. 26 minutes and 48 seconds — 27 minutes on the counter — entirely captured in-game on PS5, according to the publisher.

Six clips to sweep across Leonida
A minute later, six vertical clips lasting 13 to 45 seconds followed. They cover the terrain more than they tell a story: parachuting over Vice City's bay, off-road motorcycles on a dirt track, a jet ski deep in the mangroves, a shootout against a police pickup truck.

Two clips bring back the duo: Lucia walks away from a burning car, red bandana and gray hoodie, the exact outfit from the official thumbnail; elsewhere, she crosses a rooftop hand in hand with Jason.

Faces before technique
The stills pulled from the long video are close-up dialogue shots: a man with dreadlocks and gold teeth, phone in hand; a mechanic under a state flag bearing a red cross, a decal from Florida. During shooting sequences, the interface is limited to a reticle.

Not trailer 3
Since the June 18 cover art reveal, Rockstar had released nothing on GTA 6 outside of the August 6 announcement. This isn't the trailer 3 that's been expected since spring, but a long-form video, marked age-restricted on YouTube — unlike the six clips. Release date: Thursday, November 19, 2026, on PS5 and Xbox Series.</video:description>

<video:title>Persona 4 Revival: the Story trailer relights the Midnight Channel</video:title>
<video:description>ATLUS released the "Story" trailer for Persona 4 Revival on Wednesday, August 26. Two minutes and twelve seconds that don't sell a mechanic: a small-town mystery. The editing mirrors the game's first hour: the hero steps off the train, walks through Inaba's shopping district, has dinner in front of the evening news between Nanako and Dojima, then the "KEEP OUT" tape eats up the screen. Chie recites the legend: a turned-off TV, a rainy night, and at midnight someone appears on the screen. The Midnight Channel. The video crosses over to the other side: a castle in flames, analog distortions, the maw of a giant Shadow in 2D animation.Reworked 2D animated cutscenes: one of the remake's selling points. Credit: ATLUS / SEGAThe battle lasts only a few seconds, but the essentials come through: a shattered Persona card, a cloud of dust from an All-Out Attack, HP/SP gauges overlaid on screen. The showstopper is elsewhere—Yosuke's awakening as he faces his own Shadow, yellow eyes and "You can't hide anything from me."A shift in tone from June's pre-order trailer: ATLUS fully embraces the thriller angle. Two title cards, "This small town has a big secret" then "Uncover the truth," frame a shot of the full Investigation Team, streaked with CRT scan lines.Releasing on February 18, 2027, priced at €69.99 on Steam. The closing card only mentions Series X|S, PC, cloud, and Game Pass; yet the French PlayStation Store is already taking PS5 pre-orders. French translation for interface and subtitles, English and Japanese voiceovers.</video:description>

<video:title>The Witcher 3: Songs of the Past reveals Letten, home of Jaskier</video:title>
<video:description>The teaser shown at gamescom's Opening Night Live sets out a single piece of information, but it's a defining one: Songs of the Past, the upcoming expansion for The Witcher 3, takes place in Letten, the homeland of the bard Jaskier.CD PROJEKT RED describes an idyllic land, rooted in rural tradition and bountiful harvests, with a dark secret lurking just beneath the surface. The official visuals capture both sides of that coin: a sun-drenched village perched on one hand, and thickets choked with roots and wooden creatures on the other. The Quen sign against a wooden creature: Letten brings its own bestiary. Credit: CD PROJEKT REDTwo concrete clues. The official French page announces a new weapon, the chain, along with brand-new mutagens: this isn't just another narrative chapter. It also mentions "the terrible curse gnawing at the heart of Letten", which lines up with the closed-door presentation in Cologne: a cursed well, "The Garden of Thorns", a skeletal boss wrapped in roots. None of these names have a published French label. The chain, a new weapon confirmed on the expansion's French page. Credit: CD PROJEKT REDNext up: daily REDstreams from Cologne, from 10am to 7pm. The expansion remains a paid add-on, expected in 2027 with no set date yet, following The Witcher 3 — Remastered slated for September 29, 2026.</video:description>

<video:title>Fable: 18 minutes of quest, choices, and combat in Bowerstone</video:title>
<video:description>On Wednesday, August 26, Xbox posted 18 minutes and 6 seconds of Fable gameplay. Not a trailer montage: a full quest in Bowerstone, narrated by art director Conar Cross.
The sequence begins after the inciting incident: the heroine's home village has been turned to stone; she sets off to seek reinforcements at the Heroes' Guild. She stops by her house to greet her husband and daughter. The town displays its own character traits: "Virtuous, Idiot, Honest, Flirty," with no published French labels.
The showstopper is Humphry the Golden, the Guild's fallen boss, who confesses to camera that he lost his building in a bet. Fable often cuts to these close-up confessions. The player decides: offer Humphry his beer or pour it over him. The quest ends with the theft of the property deed and a brawl against a gang in which sword, bow, and magic chain together without opening any menu.
The skeletons in the haunted mine come from "Mud and Death," the other quest, playable by the press in Cologne. Credit: Xbox Game Studios
Our August 25 article focused on the teaser's female face. She is still unnamed. She is clearly the heroine of this demo — same auburn hair, same sword on her back, same stained-glass windows — but Playground gives her neither name nor role; the hero remains a player creation.
Ralph Fulton, the game's director, hosted the 4:00 p.m. Xbox broadcast. Release on February 23, 2027 on PS5, Xbox Series, and PC, in Game Pass from day one, five days earlier with the Premium edition.</video:description>

      <video:title>Metro 2039: Renegade sheds light on The Stranger's past</video:title>
<video:description>4A Games unveiled "Renegade" at gamescom's Opening Night Live, on August 25 at 20:00 UTC: two minutes captured entirely in-game, on the 4A Engine, blending gameplay sequences and camera work.

The studio digs into the identity of its new hero, The Stranger, the series' first voiced protagonist. Deep Silver shows him infiltrating, through brutal methods, a Moscow occupied by the Novoreich. Above all, the trailer offers a first glimpse of Sevastopolskaya station: daily life in a shelter under propaganda, from which his hunt begins. The irradiated surface also makes a return, mixing infiltration and shootouts.

The wrist timer and the collapsed escalators: the Metro gear is still there. Credit: Deep Silver

What April's trailer didn't show

The April 16 trailer ran six minutes and mixed real-time cinematics with a gameplay preview: atmosphere, psychological horror, iconic gear, mutants. "Renegade" does the opposite: short format, all in-game, and a clear narrative turning point. It isn't, however, a direct follow-up to April's trailer. 4A Games had already released a first gameplay trailer, "Hunter", on June 7 at the Xbox Games Showcase; "Renegade" is presented as the second one.

Release, collector's edition and demo

Metro 2039 releases in February 2027 on PS5, Xbox Series S|X, Steam and the Epic Games Store, developed by 4A Games and published by Deep Silver. A collector's edition was announced shortly after, featuring a replica of The Stranger's helmet, with pre-orders opening before the end of the year. A playable demo is running at the game's booth, hall 9.1. Renegade, Novoreich, Sevastopolskaya and The Stranger have no official English localization.</video:description>

<video:description>The Season 1 trailer for NBA 2K27, released Tuesday evening on the official NBA 2K channel, saves its best shot for last: two arcade cabinets that have no business being in a basketball game. The sequence takes place in the 2K Mart convenience store. The camera pans along a "Season 2 – October 16" poster, then stops on two cabinets: a neon Rockstar Games logo on the left, a 2K logo on the right. Both screens display "Season 3" in pink and orange lettering, next to a poster of palm trees at sunset. No GTA 6 logo, no text, no date.Rockstar and 2K belong to the same group, Take-Two Interactive: the crossover requires no external negotiation. Three theories hold up: a Vice City-themed season, cosmetics, a court in Leonida colors. Nothing more than deductions.Nothing has been announced: not the content, not the form, not the date. 2K has only communicated about Season 2, on October 16, seven weeks after Season 1 launched this Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. At the same pace, Season 3 would arrive after the release of GTA 6, on November 19. Rockstar's big gameplay preview, airing Thursday, shouldn't reveal anything about it.</video:description>

<video:title>Final Fantasy VII Revelation brings back the Weapons at gamescom</video:title>
<video:description>Square Enix aired a new trailer for FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION at gamescom's Opening Night Live on Tuesday, August 25. "Planetary Crisis" in French, presented by Naoki Hamaguchi, the game's director.
The Weapons return, and they don't discriminate
Two minutes built around the Weapons, the planet's colossal guardians. The French press release is direct: unable to tell friend from foe, they "wreak devastation upon the planet and its inhabitants." Cloud and his companions face them across the dunes, in aerial combat and at the bottom of the ocean, all while keeping Sephiroth in their sights.
A point on terminology: the publisher only refers to them collectively, as "the Weapons." The three creatures shown on stage — Ruby Weapon, Emerald Weapon, and Ultima Weapon — have no official French naming for this game. We're therefore keeping the English.
The signal of the home stretch
In the 1997 FINAL FANTASY VII, the Weapons were the optional endgame content, and its toughest bosses. Square Enix describes them as reimagined "original endgame elements." Bringing them out now, after June's trailer mostly set the mood, confirms that Revelation is tackling the trilogy's final act.
The Highwind serves as a mobile base: you can parachute down wherever you like. Credit: Square Enix
The footage then broadens the picture: a brand-new summon, Typhon, exploration by parachute, grappling hook and chocobo, Cloud and Tifa in their FITS warrior and black mage outfits, and Yuffie grappling around Wutai.
The release window hasn't changed: spring 2027 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC, with full French dubbing according to the Steam listing.</video:description>

<video:title>Endurance Motorsport Series: Khor Promenade, and a delay to the first half of 2027</video:title>
<video:description>NACON released a new Endurance Motorsport Series trailer on August 21, during the third episode of its News From The Pits showcase. The video closes on a release window card: first half of 2027.That is a delay, and the publisher takes care not to call it one. On May 7, at NACON Connect, KT Racing's endurance sim was still set for summer 2026. That summer ends in a week, with no game. So the trailer arrives mainly to keep players waiting. It unveils Khor Promenade, a fictional street circuit planted in Abu Dhabi - the Steam page spells it out, listing “Khor Promenade in Abu Dhabi” among the game's four exclusive circuits, where the press release had settled for “Middle East”. The track carries the architecture of the region, wide run-off areas and a run through an underwater tunnel. The second half of the video returns to co-operation: three players team up online to race under the same colours, against AI-controlled rivals. This is where the game parts ways with an ordinary circuit sim. You do not just drive: you can also step into the shoes of the race engineer and make the calls from the pit lane. Over an endurance event, stints, fuel and tyre wear count for as much as the fast lap.The engineer's station: telemetry, weather and live standings all in view. Credit: NACONNACON Racing also announces a playtest devoted to Co-op PVP, with no date attached. Endurance Motorsport Series is still expected on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with full English voice acting.</video:description>

<video:title>WRC: Grit Games films itself at PH Sport, release set for late 2027</video:title>
<video:description>NACON devoted a segment of its News From The Pits conference on Friday, August 21, 2026 to the future of the WRC license. No gameplay trailer: a mini-documentary, broadcast exclusively during the show. The teams at Grit Games, the Lyon-based studio dedicated to the license and set up by former KT Racing staff, went to PH Sport, a rally preparation outfit based in Langres with seven world championship titles since the early 2000s under its belt. NACON sums up the visit in two lines: car scans and sound recordings. Traxion spotted a Lancia Ypsilon HF Integrale Rally2 undergoing laser scanning and a Citroën C3 Rally2 set up for sound capture. This is the studio's second media appearance, after a May 2026 video shot at the Monte-Carlo Rally and titled WRC 2027 — that one showed production work, more than location scouting. So this is a technical credibility teaser, not a game teaser. NACON only drops two clues, and they fit within the description of its replay: the title is referred to under the label WRC – The Official Game, with no published French equivalent, and it's expected by late 2027. No date, no platforms. The mini-documentary will be released as a separate video</video:description>

<video:title>The Blood of Dawnwalker: 30fps Cutscenes, 40fps Gameplay on Consoles</video:title>
<video:description>Rebel Wolves uploaded a 5-minute-39-second video titled "The Blood of Dawnwalker — Console Footage" on August 21, 2026, on its official channel. The studio's first console footage release, less than two weeks before launch. Two graphics modes, none at 60 fpsThe video covers PS5 Pro, PS5, and Xbox Series X. Across all three machines, the announced targets are identical: a Quality mode at dynamic 4K/30 fps, a Balanced mode at dynamic 4K/40 fps. Rebel Wolves has not published any French-language labeling for these modes. No 60 fps mode is planned at launch. The official description confirms it: the footage shown is from Quality mode. Balanced mode is announced, not shown. And its 40 fps assumes a display capable of 120 Hz — without that panel, only 30 fps remains. A detail that's missing everywhere else.Series S stays out of the pictureThe Xbox Series S doesn't appear in the video, and the studio hasn't documented anything regarding it. Twelve days before launch on a platform it's selling the game on, that's a signal, not an oversight. After the narrative trailers and July's PC impressions, this is the studio's first technical response. A 40 fps cap on an open-world Unreal Engine 5 title from former CD Projekt Red developers remains an honest compromise if the image holds steady without stutter. Releasing September 3, 2026 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Pre-orders and editions have already been covered elsewhere.</video:description>

<video:title>Black Myth: Zhong Kui: 15 minutes of gameplay and parries</video:title>
<video:description>Game Science uploaded 15 minutes of gameplay footage from Black Myth: Zhong Kui to its official channel on August 20, 2026. This is the first look at the new protagonist in combat, a year after the game was announced.
A sword, parries, and a boss fight to close it out
The video moves through exploration, cutscene segments and several skirmishes, before closing on a boss fight. The hero fights with a sword and spends a lot of time parrying and then counterattacking, whereas Black Myth: Wukong was built primarily around dodging.
A word of caution beyond that: Game Science hasn't published any labels, in either French or English, for these mechanics. We see the parry working, but we don't know its name. The boss isn't named, and neither is the region being traversed.
What's changed since February
Zhong Kui had only been shown twice before. On August 19, 2025 at gamescom's Opening Night Live, in the form of a cinematic teaser. Then on February 10, 2026, with a 6-minute sequence captured in the game's engine for Chinese New Year, which the studio itself described as non-canonical. These 15 minutes are the first genuine gameplay demonstration.
No release date
Game Science repeats it in the video's description: development is still at an early stage, everything is captured in-engine on a work-in-progress build running at 21:9, and the final result may differ. The studio is targeting PC and all mainstream consoles, without going into platform-by-platform detail.</video:description>

<video:description>Konami isn't doing things by halves: the new Silent Hill: Townfall shows itself off for 19 minutes of continuous play, taken from two different sections. It's by far the longest segment released since the title was announced. What the video showsWe follow Simon Ordell, called back to the Scottish island of St. Amelia to "fix things". The first part explores the waterfront district: houses, buildings, and above all the CRTV, a small portable television that reveals clues and detects signals — the object serves both as a compass and a presence detector. Next comes the exploration of Zoe's house, followed by a first hostile encounter at the eighth minute. The shift happens at the eleventh minute: Simon enters the Otherworld of St. Amelia, gun in hand. Konami itself chaptered the video, which speaks volumes about its intention to reassure fans about the pacing and the genuine presence of combat.Where the game standsThis is the first full Silent Hill entirely in first person. It's developed by Screen Burn Interactive, the Glasgow studio formerly known as No Code, responsible for Stories Untold and Observation — the latter picked up the BAFTA for Best British Game in 2020. Konami is co-publishing with Annapurna Interactive.Release is set for September 24 on PS5 and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store). The Deluxe Edition grants 48 hours of early access, and a SteelBook comes with pre-orders at select European retailers.</video:description>

<video:title>Modern Warfare 4: 12 6v6 maps and Kill Block in the multiplayer trailer</video:title>
<video:description>Two days before its beta opens, Activision has released the official multiplayer trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. A short video, which mainly serves to lay out the numbers: 12 brand-new 6v6 maps, a modular terrain dubbed Kill Block, and the return of the large-scale Ground War mode. What the video showsThe edit runs through shots of the new maps, with a strong emphasis on Apex Attachments, the new tier of weapon attachments, the workings of which Activision has yet to detail. Killstreaks flash by, ending with the nuke — a series classic that the marketing campaign hadn't brought back until now.Kill Block is the real curiosity: presented as a modular battleground, it's supposed to reconfigure itself from one match to the next rather than offer a fixed layout. The trailer only shows a few seconds of it and doesn't explain how it works.Where things standThe previous trailer, "Meet the New Squad," focused on the characters and the joint US-South Korean forces in the campaign. This one is all about multiplayer, and the timing is no coincidence: the early access beta kicks off on August 21 for digital pre-orders on PS5, ahead of an open beta for everyone on August 28. The twelve 6v6 maps and Kill Block will be playable there.Modern Warfare 4 launches on October 23, 2026 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.</video:description>

<video:title>Star Wars Zero Company: the final trailer brings back Rex</video:title>
<video:description>Electronic Arts has released the final trailer for Star Wars Zero Company, ten days ahead of launch. It mainly serves as a reminder of what the game really is: a solo turn-based tactics game, not an action game, and its most compelling selling point remains a familiar face. The video indeed confirms the return of Captain Rex, a central figure of the Clone Wars for anyone who has followed the animated series. The rest sticks to the pitch: players take on the role of Hawks, a former Republic officer placed in command of Zero Company squad, sent against an emerging threat in the final months of the conflict. What the trailer addsCompared to the gameplay presentation from June, the focus shifts toward storytelling and squad composition. We catch glimpses of the announced archetypes — from the smuggler to the astromech droid, all the way to a Jedi — as well as the bond system between squadmates, which unlocks synergies as missions progress. The studio also emphasizes the consequences of player choices, presented as making playthroughs diverge. The game is developed by Bit Reactor, founded by former Firaxis staff, with support from Respawn Entertainment. It launches on August 27 on PS5, Xbox Series and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, priced at €49.99, with French subtitles and interface.</video:description>

<video:title>Kingdom Hearts IV: the world of Coco at D23, Goofy playable</video:title>
<video:description>Square Enix aired an extended version of its Kingdom Hearts IV trailer during the panel dedicated to D23 2026. It confirms the first Disney world of the game to be shown — that of Coco — and drops a novelty the series had never dared in twenty-four years.Sora travels through the Land of the Dead alongside Miguel and Hector, his face painted as a calaca as tradition dictates for the series whenever it enters a Disney universe. The art direction stands apart from everything we'd seen of the game so far: a city built in tiers, façades saturated with color, skeletons animated even during combat sequences. The extended trailer mainly broadens the role of Donald, Goofy and King Mickey, with sequences where the player takes direct control of them. Until now, they had only been AI-controlled companions. What's changed since last timePrevious footage revolved around Quadratum, the contemporary metropolis where Sora wakes up at the start of the game, and its urban bestiary. The move to Unreal Engine 5 stood out there mainly through the city's rendering. Here, it's the staging and readability of the battles that improve, on far more colorful terrain.Square Enix is sticking with a 2027 release on PS5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. Tetsuya Nomura also denied the delay rumors circulating ahead of the event. The game will be available in French, with subtitles and interface, alongside English and Japanese voiceovers.</video:description>

<video:title>Dreamlight Valley: Jack Sparrow lurks in the teaser</video:title>
<video:description>Gameloft lifted the veil on The Keepsake Sea, the fourth expansion of Disney Dreamlight Valley, during its panel at D23 on August 14. The teaser lasts less than a minute and gives the setting before the content: the valley goes underwater. We see a mermaid swim through an underwater setting, then a hooded silhouette leaning over a treasure chest. The swaggering walk and the line that accompanies it leave little doubt as to the character's identity: Jack Sparrow, and with him Pirates of the Caribbean, which the community had been asking for since the first updates.Clues worth notingTwo details are worth noting. The first, the mermaid: it suggests an avatar transformation rather than a simple backdrop, in line with what the game has already done with other forms. The second, the chest: Dreamlight Valley systematically builds its expansions around a currency or a specific resource, and the object is showcased quite prominently to be one.The rest of the roadmap, meanwhile, is dated. A Disney Channel collection inspired by Hannah Montana and Lizzie McGuire opens on August 19, Oogie Boogie settles in as a villager for Halloween 2026, and Lilo & Stitch will close out the year with the last free update. For The Keepsake Sea, Gameloft points to a dedicated presentation in October.</video:description>

<video:title>Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest - the announcement trailer</video:title>
<video:description>Trailmark Games and Bamtang Games lift the veil on Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest with an announcement video that sets the scene: a turn-based RPG tailored for fans of the literary saga, with real attention to visual detail on the pelts and the forest territories.

The trailer strings together shots of the four playable Clans - ThunderClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan and WindClan - each with a distinct visual atmosphere. We see prey-hunting sequences, clashes between rival warriors, and a glimpse of the customization system for the pelt, eyes and markings of the player-created cat. The video also lingers on iconic locations of the universe, such as the Moonpool, sketching out the mystical tone tied to StarClan.

Compared to what we knew so far of the license in video games - rather low-key, with no major recent console project - this announcement trailer stands as the first real AAA-ish showcase for the universe. No detailed combat gameplay for now, the video remains focused on cinematics and atmosphere presentation rather than an in-depth mechanical demonstration.

For details on the release window, head over to our dedicated article. We already know the game is aiming for PS5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, Switch and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) this fall. It remains to be seen whether an upcoming trailer will dig deeper into the turn-based combat system and StarClan's ancestral abilities.</video:description>

<video:title>Ex Sanguis: the Early Access trailer plunges us into bloody chaos</video:title>
<video:description>New trailer, new bloodbath. Lightbulb Crew, the creators of Othercide, are back at it with Ex Sanguis and its trailer accompanying the announcement of the Early Access release date (see our dedicated article on the release date).

The clip hammers home the game's visual identity: a black and white world, drained by the Purge, where only blood regains its color. The Stillae, these warriors born from the Mater's Sanguis, unleash combos in a tactical bloodbath style there - object explosions, enemies set ablaze, blocked lines of sight. We also see the famous Timeline Effects in action: speeding up, delaying, or swapping positions on the timeline to turn around a fight that seemed lost.

What has changed
Compared to the first images of Othercide, the atmosphere remains similar - same chiaroscuro aesthetic, same tactical tension - but Ex Sanguis pushes the spatial effects further: flanking, knockback, forced facing. The trailer focuses more on reading the battlefield than on narration, a sign of a game that's fully betting on the tactical depth of its roguelite loop.

A demo is currently running as part of the Six One Indie Days, ahead of the Early Access launch on Steam. For the precise schedule, head over to our article dedicated to the date announcement.</video:description>

<video:title>Mr Trippy: the announcement trailer reveals the ice cream dealer's double life</video:title>
<video:description>The announcement trailer for Mr Trippy sets the tone in just a few seconds: an ice cream truck hiding, beneath its tubs of sorbet, a thriving little drug business. No detailed gameplay on the menu here, but an atmosphere that clearly displays its grotesque intentions.

The video strings together visual winks between the pop, pastel imagery of Italian ice cream and a murkier aesthetic, in the style of urban trafficking. You can sense the general tone of the game: full-blown dark comedy, where the player navigates between two lives, that of the upstanding shopkeeper and that of the neighborhood kingpin. The trailer bets on this contrast rather than on a mechanical demonstration.

It's impossible for now to compare this with a previous trailer: this is the very first public look at the game, with no gameplay reveal or prior leak to put into perspective. Silver Lining Interactive and its subsidiary Silver Bullet are therefore starting from a blank page on the communications side, which explains the choice of an announcement trailer focused on tone rather than on game systems - territory, money laundering, or fleeing from the cops, all detailed in the Steam description but not really shown on screen.

No release date has been announced at this time. The game is planned for PC via Steam, with no launch window specified nor any announcement of a next step (demo, showcase, or early access). For details on the mechanics and studio background, see our dedicated articles on the game's announcement and the presentation of Silver Bullet.</video:description>

<video:title>ENDLESS Legend II: launch trailer unveils the 1.0</video:title>
<video:description>The new trailer for ENDLESS Legend II doesn't just announce a date. It lays out the visual foundations of version 1.0, the one that finally takes the game out of PC Early Access and brings it to consoles.

The images unfold across a world closing in on itself: receding oceans, emerging lands, cataclysms redrawing the map in real time. We catch fleeting glimpses of the Sandshapers, the new major faction, in arid environments that stand in stark contrast to the rest of the game's aquatic atmosphere. Makes sense: their quest is precisely to bring Saiadha back to its original desert state. The trailer also lets slip a few shots of the Rogue Factions, those dissident variants of existing factions, without revealing too much about their own gameplay.

Since the first videos of the Early Access launched in August 2025, the visual leap is clear. Cities sprawl with more detail, combat animations gain in readability, and the interface seems to have been reworked for the arrival on controller. This is the first time Hooded Horse and Amplitude Studios have shown the console versions this directly, having been completely absent from communications until now.

Mark your calendars for September 17, 2026 on PS5, Xbox Series and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store). Full details on the new factions and the PS5 physical editions can be found in our dedicated article. In the meantime, an updated demo is available now on all platforms.</video:description>

<video:title>Infinity: HexaDome Tactics unveils its tactical violence in video form</video:title>
<video:description>The trailer for Infinity: HexaDome Tactics sets a particular mood: that of a futuristic arena where tactics blend with spectacle, in the style of a deadly game show. You can clearly feel the DNA of the Infinity board game, transposed for the first time to PC.

The video runs through shots of the roster's champions, each with their own silhouette and combat style, before shifting to gameplay sequences where positioning, cover and traps dictate the pace of the fights. We also catch a glimpse of the famous tactical cards mentioned by the publisher, which seem to trigger mid-turn to turn around a compromised situation. The arena itself isn't just a backdrop: secondary objectives tied to sponsors and the crowd appear in the background, confirming that the show is an integral part of the game system.

As for the schedule, the game is still aiming for a release on September 10 on PC via Steam.

<video:title>Rebels of the Solar Speedway: the announcement trailer decoded</video:title>
<video:description>The announcement trailer for Rebels of the Solar Speedway sets the tone: battered cars Hot Wheels-style, a starry sky in the background, and heavy weapons blasting away on tracks that clearly weren't designed with road safety in mind. RetroReactor sells its unlikely blend, tactical turn-based racing and garish cyberpunk aesthetics, in a few shots that get the tone across without wasting time on chatter.

The video runs through a string of gameplay clips: tactical view of the track, vehicle positioning, shots ricocheting from one car to another. We also get a brief glimpse of the team management interface between races, sports-manager style, and a look at the famous MegaCorps stock market, which serves as both currency and narrative stake. Nothing exhaustive, but enough to understand where the studio wants to go: a combat roguelite running as much on strategy as on visual spectacle.

This is the game's very first public trailer, as RetroReactor had until now only communicated around its previous title, Two Strikes. It's therefore impossible to gauge any progress compared to an earlier teaser; this announcement marks the true starting point of communication around the project.

For the full calendar and precise release window, head over to our dedicated article. That said, the closed beta opens in the coming weeks via the official Discord, a step worth watching for anyone who wants to get their hands on the game before everyone else.</video:description>

<video:title>BeastLink: the Early Access trailer dates the kaiju chaos</video:title>
<video:description>The Early Access Release Date Trailer for BeastLink confirms the essentials in a matter of seconds: on August 18, kaijus are unleashed in fully destructible cities on Steam. And clearly, Grove Street Games isn't holding back.
What the trailer shows
The video highlights the game's core mechanic, "BeastLink": a human collects serum on the battlefield, gathers enough resources, and transforms into a colossal kaiju with its own abilities. The trailer alternates between human sequences (on foot, in a helicopter, in a tank) and beast phases - two distinct gameplay styles on the same map, simultaneously.

The "SuperDestruction" system is clearly showcased: buildings collapse in a cascade, entire blocks are reduced to dust under the creatures' attacks. Grove Street Games claims hundreds of thousands of destructible objects per map. The visual rendering leans toward organized chaos, arcade-style and deliberately over-the-top.

The multiplayer modes for up to 32 players and the roster of distinct kaijus are mentioned without going into much detail - material for a future gameplay reveal, no doubt.
Schedule
Early Access on PC will arrive on August 18, 2026. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series will accompany the full launch, with no specific window announced yet. For the official date and platforms, see our dedicated article.</video:description>

<video:title>Crimson Moon: launch trailer lifts the veil on the Dead Gods</video:title>
<video:description>The launch trailer for Crimson Moon arrives right on time: ProbablyMonsters' game releases in a few weeks, and this video clearly serves to sell the atmosphere before the big leap. What strikes you first is the art direction: Gildenarch, the fallen city, is shot like a gothic cathedral in ruins, somewhere between Renaissance architecture and demonic corruption.

The editing insists on the brutal melee combat promised by the studio: executions differentiated according to enemy type, undead, vampires, abominations born from the "Hellgrowth", and above all a glimpse of the fights against the Dead Gods, the bosses meant to conclude each run. We also see flashes of angelic transformation, those temporary Nephilim powers that punctuate combat with more spectacular moments, like a time-limited ultimate.

Compared to the earlier communications around the game, which mainly relied on the narrative pitch (an angel-human hybrid tasked with reclaiming a fallen city), this new trailer clearly shifts toward a gameplay demonstration and the roguelite-souls aspect of the repeatable runs. You can feel the intent to reassure players about combat readability, an often sensitive point in this subgenre.

That said, the video doesn't dwell on the two-player co-op content, even though it's highlighted in the game's fact sheets. For the exact release date and available editions, head over to our dedicated article.</video:description>

<video:title>The Merciless Eternal Winter Genshin Impact: the trailer finally unveils Snezhnaya</video:title>
<video:description>The new "The Merciless Eternal Winter" trailer sets the stage for Snezhnaya, the seventh nation of Teyvat, which has been eagerly awaited by the community for years. Gone are the datamining theories: we see trains crossing frozen expanses, Snezhnograd with its martial architecture, and the first shots of the new Stellar Swirl mechanic.

The video runs through a series of combat scenes mixing Anemo and Cryo to showcase this brand-new reaction, with a Stellar Swirl vortex that grows bigger as triggers pile up. We also catch a fleeting glimpse of Odette in an urban ballet setting, fitting with her lore as a dancer-assassin, as well as Alyosha accompanied by his dog Tugarin in the middle of a snowy hunt. The clip also lingers on the Goggles, the item that unlocks the TPS mode with its three brand-new firearms - a fairly radical gameplay shift for the franchise.

Compared to the previous teasers doled out sparingly since Snezhnaya's announcement, this trailer is the first real coherent showcase of the area: until now, we only had scattered clues slipped into the Archon quests of earlier versions. The exploration teaser released alongside it confirms the scale of the train system, designed as the backbone for traveling across the open world.

For the full schedule and character details, see our dedicated article on the 7.0 update. See you on August 12th to try it all out in-game on PS5, Xbox Series, PC (Epic Games/HoYoverse launcher), iOS and Android.</video:description>

<video:title>Wuthering Waves 3.6: trailer unveils Qingxiao and Jingran</video:title>
<video:description>Kuro Games has dropped its new trailers for version 3.6 of Wuthering Waves, soberly titled "Lamplight in Mirage, Sword's Resolve in Heart".
What strikes you right away in these images: the two new Resonators, Qingxiao and Jingran, clearly take center stage. We see them chaining combos with their signature weapons, Glint of Clouds and Thousandfold Deliverance, in sequences that heavily emphasize their skill animations. The visual style stays in line with what the franchise has always delivered: heavy particle effects, smooth transitions between exploration and combat, and that camera that likes to linger on the characters' outfits.

Compared to the 3.5 teasers, the staging here leans more heavily on the narrative aspect rather than purely on gameplay. You can feel that Kuro wants to sell the atmosphere of this new story branch just as much as the combat mechanics, unlike previous trailers which were more focused on kit demonstrations. The exploration scenes also offer a glimpse of new locations, likely tied to the Fogveil Pagoda event.

For the full update content, patch notes and details on the banners, head over to our dedicated article. As for the schedule, 3.6 arrives on August 20, which still leaves a bit of time to farm before splurging on the new banners.</video:description>

<video:title>Car Wash Simulator: the launch trailer ahead of Early Access</video:title>
<video:description>Ultimate Games has released a new trailer for Car Wash Simulator, hyping up the audience ahead of the game's arrival in Early Access. The video hammers home one point: here, you wash cars, run a business, and build your reputation as a pro washer. Nothing revolutionary on paper, but the execution looks polished.

We see the heart of the gameplay here: water jets, foam, brushes, drying, all filmed with an attention to detail that reveals the studio's ambition in this cosy-simulation segment. The scenes also show the business management side in the background, with customers lining up one after another and a customer satisfaction meter that shouldn't be neglected if you want to keep the shop running.

The studio is selling a relaxing, stress-free experience, far removed from frantic simulators à la PowerWash Simulator. For the precise schedule of the Early Access launch on PC and the console versions to come, head over to our dedicated article on the release date. This trailer, meanwhile, mainly serves as a visual calling card ahead of the big leap.</video:description>

<video:title>Dungeon of Dragon Knight Remake: the PS5 trailer is revealed</video:title>
<video:description>HexGameStudio has just dropped the announcement trailer for Dungeon of Dragon Knight Remake for PS5, and it fully embraces its old-school influences. First-person view, grid-based corridors, real-time combat: the trailer makes no attempt to hide its classic dungeon crawler DNA, it owns it.
The shots show first-person exploration, tile by tile, through stone corridors steeped in history. We catch a glimpse of a party of four adventurers forming, spanning various classes and races, as well as close-combat sequences where timing takes precedence over turn-based mechanics. The trailer also puts emphasis on environmental puzzles: hidden levers, ancient engravings, clues scattered throughout the scenery. An atmosphere clearly reminiscent of Legend of Grimrock, a comparison that solo developer Hector Xiang himself acknowledges in his communication.

Unlike the original game released on Steam in 2019, this PS5 version completely does away with the shop and currency system. A deliberate design choice to refocus the experience on pure exploration, without distraction. It's the most notable change compared to the base PC version, one that wasn't necessarily visible in the original screenshots.
As for the schedule, there's no endless wait: the game launches on August 10 on the PlayStation Store. For the price and launch discount, we refer you to our dedicated article on the release date and the PS5 deal.</video:description>

<video:title>Onimusha: Way of the Sword: the 'Severing Fates' trailer unveils Kyoto</video:title>
<video:description>Capcom releases a new video for Onimusha: Way of the Sword, titled "Severing Fates". This time, no new weapon or spectacular new demon to announce: the trailer bets everything on atmosphere and Japanese folklore, with a plot centered on a shrine supposed to sever the threads of fate.

Musashi goes there to assess the damage and discovers a twisted presence attacking the faithful who came to make a wish. The idea is a classic of Japanese horror imagery - the shrine meant to protect becomes the trap - but it fits well with the Onimusha DNA, between samurai and demonic creatures.

The real selling point of this video is the setting. Capcom confirms that the game faithfully recreates real locations in Kyoto, including the Yasui Konpiragu shrine, indeed known for its rituals of severing bad ties. After trailers more focused on gameplay and sword combat, this one changes register to sell exploration and the historical/touristic aspect of the title, an angle the series had already explored but rarely emphasized this much.

For the precise release schedule and the platforms concerned, head to our dedicated article. Just note that a demo is already available on all platforms except Switch 2, which leaves plenty of time to test the combat feel before launch.

It remains to be seen whether the writing holds up over the length of the game. The haunted shrine, however well filmed, remains a fairly well-worn pretext to launch a new demonic hunt.</video:description>

<video:title>Beaten Path: trailer unveils its world of fallen gods</video:title>
<video:description>Wales Interactive and Peacebreak Studio have dropped a new trailer for Beaten Path, their tactical RPG funded on Kickstarter. And this time, we move past the written pitch to see the game's engine in motion, with its grid-based battles and hand-drawn overworld.

The video lingers on the tactical clashes: positioning, unit synergies, terrain exploitation. The kind of sequences that directly recall Final Fantasy Tactics and Fire Emblem, references the developers themselves openly acknowledge. We also catch a glimpse of Panna, the heroine, making her way through settings marked by looping time: sunken temples, storm-swept coastlines, ancient machines half-buried in the ground. The visual atmosphere clearly leans toward a blend of mysticism and rusted mechanics.

As for the schedule, the studio confirms it is aiming for 2027 for a worldwide release on PS5, Xbox Series, Switch and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) - see our dedicated article for details on the release window. No precise date for a playable demo or a new showcase has leaked so far. A game to keep an eye on, especially if you're nostalgic for old-school tactical RPGs.</video:description>

<video:title>The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival unveils its release trailer</video:title>
<video:description>Trailmark Games has released the Release Date Trailer that sets the mood for The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival, a survivalist beat 'em up. Gone are the vague teasers: this time, we see pure gameplay, combos that hit hard, and above all the familiar faces of Rick, Daryl, and Michonne in the heat of action.

The video lingers on clashes against hordes of walkers, with this "zone clearing" system that seems to be the core of the gameplay. We also catch glimpses of boss fights, notably a preview of Winslow the Well Walker, who apparently gets his own thoroughly grim scripted sequence. The settings traveled through - the Sanctuary, Hilltop, Alexandria - go by with a few destructible environment effects that give a bit more substance to the action than one might have feared for a licensed beat 'em up.

Compared to the first images unveiled when the game was announced, where the focus was mainly on character design and static artwork, this new trailer marks a real leap: we finally move from concept to a demonstration of concrete mechanics, with finishers and signature attacks clearly visible for each character.

That said, the video doesn't linger on Negan or the Saviors in combat, even though the narrative pitch relies heavily on the "All Out War" arc. A curious choice just weeks before release, set for September 18th on PS5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, Switch, and PC (Steam). For launch details and available editions, see our dedicated article.</video:description>

<video:title>Monster Hunter Wilds Ascendance: the appetizer before the expansion</video:title>
<video:description>No cinematic trailer this time (we're bringing you back the one from the Ascendance announcement), but a strong signal: Capcom has just released the Prologue Demo of Monster Hunter Wilds on PS5, Xbox Series and PC via Steam. A way to keep the community busy while the studio prepares the next step of the game's roadmap, with the Ascendance expansion announced for 2027.

This demo covers the prologue up to the start of chapter 1-3 "To the Forest", in offline mode. You get access to full character creation and all 14 weapon types in the game, so you can quietly test out your build before jumping in for real. A detail that matters: your save transfers over to the full game, so nothing is lost if you decide to take the plunge after trying it out.

For the new commercial offers accompanying this demo (Gold Edition, cosmetic packs), head over to our dedicated article on the update. As for the timeline, let's remember that Wilds launched on February 28, 2025, and that the next major narrative milestone remains Ascendance, planned for 2027. In the meantime, this demo is holding the fort quite cleverly.</video:description>

<video:title>Meat Grinder: Hotdog Simulator unveils bloody PS1-core trailer</video:title>
<video:description>Ultimate Games has released footage for Meat Grinder: Hotdog Simulator, and the trailer fully embraces its unlikely concept: running a hot dog stand by day, facing horror by night. The retro PS1-style art direction is obvious from the first seconds, with dripping textures and angular models to back it up.

The video alternates between pure simulation sequences (preparing hot dogs, managing the shop, serving customers) and much grittier shots: dark corridors, threatening silhouettes, blood splatters that clash with the goofy humor displayed elsewhere. We also catch glimpses of open-world exploration, suggesting the stand is just a base between two horror excursions.

A confident mix of absurd simulation, grotesque humor and gore atmosphere, carried by a deliberately dated visual style that should appeal to nostalgics of PS1 survival-horror games. As for the schedule, the PC version arrives on August 11, with PS5 and Xbox Series ports announced for later - details to be found in our dedicated article on the game's release date.</video:description>

<video:title>Attack on Titan 3: gameplay trailer reveals Titans and battles</video:title>
<video:description>Koei Tecmo lifts the veil on the gameplay of Attack on Titan 3, and the main promise holds up from the very first seconds: the Titans make their first ever playable/battleable appearance in a game in the franchise. Until now, the video game saga had made do with generic Titans and a few shifter Titans already encountered in-game. Here, we're talking about the manga's major figures who had never had their video game treatment before.

The trailer mainly focuses on the evolution of the omnidirectional movement action. The Scouts fly through the air with more fluidity, and above all the Titans react in a less scripted way: we see arm movements, feints, changes in trajectory that force players to read the fight in real time rather than repeat a memorized pattern. Koei Tecmo also emphasizes a simplified control mode, clearly designed to welcome players who found previous entries too technical.

Compared to the gameplay reveals of Attack on Titan 2 and Final Battle, the visual leap and narrative ambition are clear: this third installment presents itself as a complete compilation of the story, from the beginning to the conclusion, with iconic scenes rebuilt and brand-new plot developments.

It remains to be seen how all this plays out in hand. Mark your calendar for December 10, 2026 on PS5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC (Steam) to find out.</video:description>

<video:title>Starsand Island: release date trailer reveals multiplayer and fall launch</video:title>
<video:description>Seed Sparkle Lab has posted a Release Date Trailer for Starsand Island. Two minutes that mainly serve to promote the Early Access launch, but that also lay out the visual foundations of what the game is becoming.
The video runs through shots of the four-season cycle, the heart of the pastoral simulation system, along with sequences of fishing, ruin exploration, and battles against fantastical creatures. Several players can also be seen together on screen, visual confirmation that the four-person multiplayer mode is indeed part of the final package.

Compared to the Early Access trailers, which mostly emphasized solo farming and customization, this new trailer marks a clear shift toward community life: scenes of dates between romanceable characters, group moments, a livelier atmosphere around the island. That makes sense, since the launch update adds three- and five-heart relationship quests for the 19 NPCs, as well as new dating activities. See our dedicated article on the launch update for details on these additions.

As for the schedule, no particular surprise: the full release is set for August 18 on PS5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), with physical editions to follow in November. See our dedicated article on release dates for prices and platforms.</video:description>

<video:title>ACRODRIFT: the trailer that sells its FPV realism</video:title>
<video:description>No timid gameplay reveal here: Ultimate Games drops a new trailer that bets everything on one thing, the feeling of flight. The message is clear, this simulator wants to convince real FPV pilots before winning over casual players.

The video runs through the typical FPV freestyle moves: tight drifts between industrial structures, fully immersive onboard camera passes, and a few unabashed crashes that remind us the flight physics forgive nothing. We also get a glimpse of the tuning interface, with PID and rates settings that will speak directly to pilots already familiar with Liftoff or Velocidrone.

The schedule remains simple. PC release (Steam) on August 7th, with PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions announced for later without a specific date.</video:description>

<video:title>Rideshare "Stimulator": announcement trailer unveils a wacky rideshare simulator</video:title>
<video:description>Saber Interactive and UNIGINE lift the veil on Rideshare "Stimulator" with an announcement trailer that clearly sets the mood: serious driving simulation, passengers completely off their rocker. The tone is set from the very first seconds, blending urban realism with a fully embraced absurdity of encounters.

Green Lantern is taking an Uber?! We've seen it all now...
The video strings together shots of city driving, red lights being respected, pedestrians crossing wherever they please, dense traffic forcing constant adjustments. It also shows inserts of the vehicle's interior and snippets of interactions with passengers, meant to illustrate those "unique and unpredictable stories" highlighted by the studio. Nothing flashy on the staging front, but the goal seems clear: sell the vibe before the content.

This is the very first video published for the game, with no prior teasing identified. This is therefore the first time the public sees the engine running behind this promise of a rideshare simulator, a genre still little explored compared to the truck or bus simulators that flood Steam.

Notice the realism? Just like in real life, people forget how to drive when it rains, long live traffic jams!
On the schedule front, Saber Interactive and UNIGINE remain evasive: no release date announced, no launch window, and no mention of an upcoming beta. The game is confirmed for PS5, Xbox Series and PC via Steam. For details on the full announcement and the game's features, head over to our dedicated article.</video:description>

<video:title>SpeedRunners 2: the launch trailer reveals competitive gameplay</video:title>
<video:description>tinyBuild and Fair Play Labs have just released the Release Date Trailer for SpeedRunners 2: King of Speed, and this time the game clearly shows its release window. No more vague teasing: the video states in black and white when you'll finally be able to try again to become King of Speed.

The trailer strings together shots of eight-player races, with a grappling hook cutting down a rival mid-acceleration, missiles pulverizing a platform, and traps that flip a match in a matter of seconds. We also get to see the new cast of eccentric superheroes with a retrofuturistic 60s vibe, along with maps that play on paths opening and closing in real time - an addition that hadn't been highlighted as much until now.

Compared to the first gameplay reveal videos of the game, the difference is striking: the HD rendering is noticeably more polished, and the announced netcode seems to translate on screen into smoother races, without the stutters that sometimes weighed down the first SpeedRunners, released in 2013. tinyBuild emphasizes this point: online competition remains at the heart of the project, and it shows in the editing, which feels more energetic than previous trailers.

For the exact date and the platforms involved, head over to our dedicated article on the release announcement. The next logical step would be a beta or early access before launch, but nothing has leaked on that front yet.</video:description>

<video:title>Demons' Night Fever: the release date trailer unveils an unapologetic chaos</video:title>
<video:description>The Release Date Trailer for Demons' Night Fever confirms what the first visuals hinted at: a deliberately janky, kitschy and brutal SRPG that embraces every pixel of its bad taste. The trailer sets the date - October 22 - against a retro-crazed energy that belongs to it alone.
What the trailer shows
We see the Peon Exploitation System in action: your own units explode under your orders to fuel your power. The combat sequences show classic tactical grids, but with over-the-top animations and a deliberately aggressive readability - garish colors, exaggerated damage effects. Dark humor is omnipresent, from the boss disguised as a superhero to the devil turned into a baby trying to get his powers back.

The trailer also introduces the chapter-based transformation mechanic: each defeated boss shifts the narrative context. We catch a glimpse of a "Super Rangers" section, another "Magical Girls" one - radically different settings that suggest a real variety of situations.
Putting it in perspective
This Release Date Trailer serves as the first substantial gameplay presentation. It's both a late reveal and a confirmation: the tone is that of an unapologetic niche game, co-developed by Drecom and SuperNiche, published by Arc System Works.

Demons' Night Fever releases on October 22, 2025 on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. The Japanese version will get a physical release. For the full release date and pricing details, see our dedicated article.</video:description>
